Day 35

A leaky roof! Mike had the roofers out today to find out where this pesky leak was coming from! It took hours…and Mike finally had it all patched up by dinner time.

Day 34

A visit to the doctor. Tyler had a fever last night and this morning. The doctor said he didn’t have an infection or strep, so we just have to ride it out.

Day 33

Kalen had some carrots for lunch. She didn’t care for them too much!

Tonight after dinner I went to Wal-Mart for some much needed groceries!

When I get Kalen up from her naps this is usually how I find her. She is pulling up and looking out of her crib!

I woke up this morning to some flowers, a handmade card, and biscuits and gravy! Thanks baby!

Look at that drool! We were just downstairs watching some Piston’s basketball and I was taking some pictures of her standing up and got this one and thought it was priceless!

The kids love to play the piano. I put Kalen up there with them this time and she loved playing along with them!

We started a new class on Wednesday nights. It’s based on the movie Fireproof, and we are really looking forward to it!

I was trying to get some scrapbooking done today so I brought Tyler’s computer game and Kalen’s exersaucer in my scrap room. It actually worked for a little while too! I got a couple layouts and a few cards done!

Day 22

A new idea! Jamie and I have been working on a new website this past week, Real Life Scraps! We are going to have tips and challenges and prizes! I’m so excited for this and have been thinking about ideas a lot today.

Day 21

We had Tyler’s birthday party here at the house. Tyler’s friends Jonathan, David, Daniel, Caleb, Rebecca, Hailey and their parents and Grandpa Bob all came over to celebrate! Tyler really enjoyed this birthday, he was so excited when his friends started showing up! We had an All Star party complete with a Soccer Ball birthday cake made by Mom!

Day 20

All bundled up! We took the kids to the church tonight, and we had dinner at Rosie’s with our Life Group. It was a cold night so we had to bundle the kids up!

Day 19

Happy Birthday Tyler! He turned 3 today. We are saving the big cake for his party, but he did get to have a brownie.

Mopping and all sort's of other cleaning! I’m trying to get a jump on things before Tyler’s party this weekend!

I had a different picture for today, but when this happened I just had to get the camera out. Tyler is taking pictures of Kalen with his toy camera. He say “look at me Kalen…smile!” You know that you’ve been taking a lot of pictures when your kid’s start copying you!

Day 13

Kalen is clapping! She loves to do this when she is sitting in her high chair and getting lots of attention from mom, dad, and big brother.

Day 12

A cute little snowman project I did with the kids today. They got to use glue and some of my scrap supplies! The pink one is Hailey’s and the blue one is Tyler’s.

The kids had their first bath together.

Look what came in the mail today! I ordered this new lens for my camera with some Christmas money I’d gotten.

Today is our first day with Hailey. I am going to be watching her over the next 5 months until she starts kindergarten.

We went to the park to get some pictures with Grandma and Grandpa. We also got a couple with Uncle Matt too and I’m wondering how to get 2 picture’s in for today, because I love this one!

Day 6

It was a rainy day today so we went Bowling. It was Tyler’s first time and he loved it, and we loved watching him!

Day 5

New Year’s Day! We had a big dinner and invited Dad and Angie over. There was of course some football on too!
